UPDATE JULY 2020

Tasting experiences  have mostly changed for the better everywhere; less guests in each venue and more attention given to each guest hence improving engagement levels. It's a win-win situation with the spend-per-guest increasing over all and a less hectic work environment for staff.  I'm sure the bean counters will be paying close attention to this 'phenomena'! We are also noticing incredible cleanliness and check-in protocols which are doing a great job keeping everyone safe. Feedback from guests regarding these topics has so far been 100% positive, with many seasoned travelers hoping most protocols, seated tastings and guest numbers will remain in place. From a personal standpoint, I certainly notice my guests enjoying themselves far more without the big crowds, and they are tending to buy more wine having gained knowledge and an investment in the brands they are discovering.

All Access Tours - Safety Measures

We are advising guests that all precautionary steps are being taken to comply with government restrictions due to Covid-19 both whilst traveling and also when visiting our wonderful producers. In most cases we will exceed these requirements and by request, take additional measures to ensure your health and safety such as wearing approved face masks. Sanitising contact points on vehicles, social distancing and the use of the Covid Safe app will be the norm for the next little while. Some of the changes you notice will be quite welcome such as seated tastings for small groups, limited numbers in Cellar Doors and an extra level of cleanliness overall.
